Luxury Travel Advisor ยท Annapolis, Maryland
She plans the trip you did not know how to ask for.
About Kelly
My first international trip was at age 12, skiing in Innsbruck, Austria. Being the quintessential know-it-all preteen, I took off down the slope ahead of everyone. I found myself at the bottom of the hill, surrounded by people speaking German, with no chairlift in sight. What did I do? Cried, obviously. Then waited for my mom to figure out what I had done and come find me.
But that was the beginning. What followed: more European trips in high school, international exchange programs both as a host and as an exchange student, a solo graduation trip to the UK after completing my Master's, and a lot more since.
I have not always been a travel advisor. In my first adult life I was a social worker and therapist. After that came a solid decade of being a full time mom to four boys, born within five and a half years of each other. Life consisted of sports practices, piano lessons, Scouts, and approximately one million schedule conflicts.
Why does any of that matter when you are choosing a travel advisor? Because it means I listen. I ask the right questions before I plan anything. What kind of pace do you like? Structured days, or time to explore on your own? I may also push back if I feel it is warranted. As in, do you really want to hop to a new city every day?
I love planning all kinds of trips. A relaxing Caribbean escape to disconnect and recharge. Hiking the mountains of Switzerland. The bucket list African safari that feels like watching The Lion King come to life.
I started out as a Scandinavian Travel Specialist, but I realized that niche did not give me what I love most about this work: you. The relationship. Getting to know your travel style, your priorities, what makes a trip feel like you. Couples reconnecting. Multigenerational trips where grandparents, kids, and grandchildren finally not only travel together but EVERYONE enjoys it. Girlfriends escaping for some overdue time away. All of it matters to me.
And yes, experiencing the travel firsthand so I can guide you better is not exactly a hardship.
How It Works
Every trip starts with a real conversation. Not just "where do you want to go?" but "what do you actually want out of this?" How do you want to experience your destination? That conversation is where your trip actually begins. Afterward, I'll send you a recap and clear next steps so you know exactly how we move forward.
Let the planning begin. I bring firsthand knowledge, trusted global partners, and serious attention to detail to build a proposal tailored to you: hotels, tours, transfers, and a well-paced itinerary that fits your travel style. Once the details come together, I'll send over a draft itinerary and we'll refine it from there, adjusting destinations, accommodations, and experiences until every element feels right.
Once your itinerary is just right, I get to work securing your reservations. From accommodations to special requests, no detail is overlooked. Before you travel, we'll connect, walk through the trip together, and make sure you're comfortable and ready to go. Your full itinerary will be loaded into an easy-to-use app for offline access, so everything you need is right at your fingertips.
You show up. Everything has been handled. Travel support is available before, during, and after your trip. And when you return, I'll follow up, eager to hear your stories. Because the best trips have a way of becoming the next conversation.

Client Stories
Everything was smooth sailing and we certainly enjoyed the variety of experiences. The hotels were wonderfully situated in each city, and the one in Balestrand offered views that were picture perfect and not to be forgotten. I especially enjoyed the e-bike tour in Oslo, the food and culture tour in Bergen, and the private fishing boat tour in Gothenburg. Magnificent experiences with super engaging guides. I was truly impressed by your ability to create a consistently perfect itinerary.
Kelly listened to our needs and created an itinerary that exceeded our expectations, including private academic tours, food experiences, and many things in between. We had an unforgettable trip and will look to Kelly again for our next international vacation.
Every tour was incredible and every driver was insightful and accommodating. Everything we did was 100/10 and I would recommend it to anyone. We loved everything that was booked and it was an awesome vacation thanks to you!
Having everything planned was a relief to all of us who needed a vacation from any kind of detailed planning. None of us have ever done a trip with a travel agent. Now this group is hooked.
We had a wonderful 10 day trip to Greece visiting three islands and Kelly planned everything just as perfect as they can be. Would definitely recommend Kelly and look forward to having Kelly plan our next trip.
My wife and I decided to go to Iceland at the last minute, two to three weeks before our travel date. Kelly put together a fantastic itinerary that balanced our desire for activity and more relaxing sightseeing. We have a hard time picking our favorite: the food tour, horseback riding, and super buggy were all great. Food and accommodations that Kelly set up were amazing, too. Just a great trip!
We are a group of six friends from college. Kelly helped us plan a terrific two week trip to Sweden and Norway. She did an excellent job listening to our interests and desired types and level of activities. We were very pleased with the pace of the trip, the variety of sites and activities, and the knowledge of our guides for several private walking and bike tours. The hotels she booked were comfortable, had excellent breakfasts, and were centrally located so we could easily walk to sites and restaurants. It's hard to pick a favorite, but the scenery in the Sognefjord was breathtakingly beautiful!!
